Sleep problems can easily be rectified with solution-focused hypnotherapy.  Right from the start with the initial consultation you will be given an understanding of how the brain and the REM (dream state) works, how we can suffer in the way that we do and more importantly what we can do about it.

Information is taken from you in order to tailor the treatment to suit your needs. You will be given an audio to listen to each night on sleeping which will help to start the process off.

At the next session you will experience the relaxing and pleasurable journey through trance with positive affirmations and visualisations for your preferred future. Solution-focused therapy will be integrated into the sessions to enable you to regain control over your thought and sleep patterns and to let go of what is no longer serving you.

A few sessions may be needed although there will be an improvement right from the start.
